Creativity is a force-of-nature and a power.

The Information Era has succeeded to The New Age of Light. Humanity will achieve what seemed impossible, just moments ago, faster than our minds can fathom. There will be more advances in technology, in the next 20 years, than there were since the Industrial Revolution. Humanity's innate creative nature Is the characteristic which makes us survive and succeed. It is a force of nature that creates anything we apply our minds to, including making possible, the impossible.

Creativity is a powerful process. It's fun, playful, infectious, inspiring, and self-aware. It's a journey into the unknown that asks us to interpret the signs, symbols and metaphors all around us, giving us guidance and direction. Creativity is an accumulative power that grows exponentially. It takes time to get the momentum going, but once it has, we find ourselves flying to the moon and beyond. Jorgensen believes that the process of creativity mirrors the process of healing, .and deserves to be placed on the same plane, as the power of love.

Jorgensen is a Creative Facilitator, which is one reason he is valuable as an employee. He brings creativity to work every day, demonstrating its power to develop solutions to every challenge, and inspiring and motivating others to use their own creative gifts and "surrender to the flow.'" Co-operation, respect, and faith, are qualities encouraged by the creative process. Mindvalley's mission requires employees  motivated by similar or complementary purposes and missions, and of course, unlimited creativity to make it happen.
